Using LE1000 with Windows 7 & 8

Tech Tips - January 28, 2014

When using an LE1000  with Windows 7 or Windows 8, and the touch function  is not working, it could be because the USB is not plugged into the proper port.

Most often when the touch function is not working it is because the cable is plugged into USB 3.0. Some computers may work with USB 3.0 but if your system does not please switch to the normal USB (2.0). Click here for more information regarding the LE1000 15″ Resistive Touch Monitor.
