The conclusion of this important step is in full harmony with the initiatives defined in the Company’s new strategic plan, whose goals include a robust organic and inorganic growth plan to strengthen sales of complete solutions to our operational verticals, in line with market-driven guidelines.
With this strategic shift, executive officer Eros Jantsch will now be responsible for the entire channel and operations area, while officer Bruno Primati will be in charge of the technology and business areas, now divided into the retail, food service and hospitality divisions and no longer into hardware, software and services.
The major advantage of this new positioning is the confirmation of Bematech’s expertise in operating by vertical, with its teams focusing on the needs of each segment, ensuring specialized service.
According to Cleber Morais, Bematech’s CEO, this is another important step in the Company’s ongoing growth trajectory. “This movement represents a strong and mature initiative on the part of our organization, towards the goals established in our strategic plan, whose main points are the delivery of complete solutions to our clients and the consolidation of our leadership of the retail, food service and hospitality segments”, he declared.
The consolidation of this strategy also led to a new brand positioning for the Company, which has reformulated all its communications.
