Bematech Names New President for International Division

Juliet Headshot crop2Bematech is pleased to announce its promotion of Juliet Derby to President of its International Division as of December 2013.  She brings a robust track record of executive team leadership to this new position.

Juliet first came on board with Bematech as general manager in 2009 and has since played an instrumental role in the development and execution of the Bematech International corporate strategy. Her extensive experience working with c-level management has commanded significant business growth in North America.

As President of the International Division of Bematech, Juliet will manage all aspects of the global sales organization, with the goal to enhance the Bematech customer experience through improved policies and procedures.  She will build and manage a larger sales team to expand the reach of Bematech, with a focus in both North American and Latin American markets.

Prior to Bematech, Juliet was the Director of Human Resources at Savino Del Bene for 7 years. She began in 2002, a time when the freight forwarding company was consolidating its 14 individual branches covering the United Sates into one company.  Juliet was instrumental in setting up all company HR policies for the US territory.  She implemented the strategic plan and directed all the branch managers on HR related issues. Juliet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics and Spanish. She is an innovative thinker with a profound ability to think outside of the box and generate new ideas.
